Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped it can not be cancelled using our website

Return Policy:

Returns and exchanges are applicable only to select products. Detailed return eligibility and conditions are provided on the respective product pages. For most products, the standard return window is 3 days.

The return policy for any product is subject to change without prior notice.

In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product to our office address.

Return/Exchange charges may apply on case to case basis.

NOTE FOR RETURN

• The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

• The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

• Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged

• Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within the return period (Refer product page) the product would not be accepted.


We follow a strict Exchange-Only Policy.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for size issues, change of mind, or personal preference. All eligible return requests will be processed as exchange only.


Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


Eligibility Conditions

Exchange will be accepted only if:

Product is unused and unworn

Original box, packaging, and tags are intact

No scratches, sole marks, or damage

Unboxing video (from start to finish) is mandatory

Requests without proper unboxing video proof will not be accepted.


Size Exchange

Only one-time size exchange allowed

Reverse shipping charges to be borne by customer

Price difference (if any) must be paid

If lower value product selected, balance will be issued as store credit (no cash refund)


Damaged / Incorrect Product

In case of damaged or wrong product delivery, please share an unboxing video within 48 hours. After verification, a replacement will be arranged. Refund will be processed only if replacement is unavailable, as per applicable Indian consumer law.
